Bamboo (Philly)
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been rhyming since 1998 when me and my older brother Drumatic started the Original Cast crew with Random (real name Moses) and spent a couple years before breaking up, with cops coming to our house, and developing our crafts.
The real dragon was unleashed when I got up with my mother-effin' homie Bill, also known as the Wise Dome, who has since been an incredible inspiration. We added Llingo Apt to our crew a couple years later. Down at The Infamous Gathering in West Philly we met Ikan - the man writes pages and pages of lyrics. You're on your third line and Ikan's calling up publishers to get book binding.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I finally moved from Philly to the East Bay in California near Hiero! Recently I moved to Echo Park in Los Angeles. If you know how to tap phone, listen in on me and Wisedome freestylin - don't forget about the time difference.
