This song opened very timidly and never seemed to get out of this mode. You need not be timid and reserved to convey a sense of introspection and contemplation as one does. The introduction of the synthisizer after ‘…break up all these days’ is good but, prior to this you might consider a tap-tap-tap of some precussion, perhaps a wood block. I'm listeneing to the your other tune now. Like the first, your voice is too reserved. Consider your favorite artists and listen to their tempo and aggressivenes of voice in comparison to instruments. Listening to someone try to cover "Desperado" at open-mic is such a painful experience for me as they carress the mic and croon so intensely and slowly to a crowd that just wants to here the song without the having experience what a significant element it is to the singer's life. Review your favorite performers who move you. Perform their songs for yourself and compare your style to theirs. You'll probalby find you are much slower than they.

that is a good song baby.
I appreciate the comments. Any other suggestions on how to overcome a timid voice?
