Back by October
Although not representative of how Elusive use to sound (back in the day), "Pictures" provided the inspiration needed to snap the band back into action, and back into music in general.
Dave moving back from Seattle and Rob from Portland has given the guys an oppurtunity to buckle down and push forward.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Elusive started in Albuquerque in the summer of 1996. They played one show in August, then everyone went mostly seperate ways, although they managed to maintain something of a friendship.
Almost 10 years later (most of) the band is back together to put out. Music that is, in the form of a CD.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We are wrapping up our first CD, but we have managed to play a couple shows around town.
Your musical influences
All over the board, but to name a few: Dave Matthews, Simon and Garfunkel, Nirvana, U2, Alice in Chains, Jim Croce, Bob Dylan, Zakk Wylde, Ari Hest, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Black Sabbath, Elliot Smith, and Shawn Mullins.
What equipment do you use?
