Baby Pancakes
We are Baby Pancakes and we can't believe there aren't more bands like us. Actually...there probably are, but not a fat lot in Birmingham. We started off as a psychadelic ragga jam but this gave way to a more approachable pop/fun/jazz twist which sounds awful but is actually quite fetching.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Like I said before....we just started off jamming, then we got a lock up, did it up...summer came, with the summer came pop and fun and blues and booze and the Baby Pancake formula. We've been going for about a year
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We're playing quite regularly around Birmingham at the moment. We've naturally had some highlights but also had some shambolic gigs so I guess the crowd's a mixed bag.
