No band. Just me, my guitar, bass guitar, and a computer i use for drum loops and sound effects.Have you performed in front of an audience?I've played in a former band called Exit Eleven. Playing live was great; i still have some of the best memories from those days! We've played some of the nicer venues around Pittsburgh, PA. We've also performed on the local WDVE morning radio show several times, and opened up for several big name acts such as Rusted Root, Johhny Angel and the Halos, and LoPro (featuring the drummer from Godsmack).
Since then, my newest hobby has become making and recording the newest tunes i come up with in my head. I've posted a few song ideas, but please keep in mind these are just some rough versions of what i hope i'll have time to someday finish...
Your musical influences
Anything with loud guitars and a nice catchy hook. Staind, Aerosmith, Guns 'n Roses (anything with Slash), Metallica, Matchbox 20, Fuel, Ozzy (for his awesome guitarists), Evanesence, Breaking Benjamin, Bullet for my Valentine, the Exies, etc.What equipment do you use?
I use a Brian Moore guitar and Les Paul Heritage guitar. These are hooked into Toneport GX/POD 2.0 amp modelers connected into a Dell computer. I use the computer for drum loop software and sound effects. I record with Sonar Producer and Soundforge recording software.Admin
