Atmospheris is a varied expression, an Aural journey
of sound and experience. It is a personification of
mind, thought and conciousness.
Atmospheris can make your mind bend in special ways,
make you realise yourself and ease the tension in your body.
Atmospheris can be interpreted through each individual differently, it is what you want it to be.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
One day I just sat down and decided to try my hand at making music - it wasn't a big decision - and found out how to make it an extention of my emotions and thoughts...a personification of the human state of
conciousness/being. I thought: "Gee, this isn't so bad...I can get into this!"
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I Have not played live but I'm sure it would be
a stimulating and interesting experience.
Your musical influences
Music that has influenced my particular style has been music that I have listened to and enjoyed for their particular properties ie. guitar, synth etc.
Bands like Depeche Mode, Enigma, Solar Quest, Nine
Inch Nails, Ferry Corsten, William Orbit, Brian Eno and Anathema...to name a few.
What equipment do you use?
A few programs I use to paint my atmospheric canvas
are Fruity Loops and Q-Base. Sometimes I may even use Ejay.
Anything else?
Because of my varied taste in music, Atmospheris isn't based around just one genre ie. trance. It can
be a mixture or blend of various elements, sounds - It can be best described as a perfect mix of rum and
coke.
