Atephobia
Atephobia is the product of 18 years of teaching myself to play. A mix of just about everything, lyrically and musically.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Since early 2004 I've been writing and recording all my own work solo, after a few of attempts at 'real' bands soured. I'm a bit of an egomaniac and hard to work with so I decided that I'd keep this as my baby, until I find someone good enough that is.
I play everything that makes up Atephobia- bass, guitar, keyboard/drums.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
When the opportunity shows itself, I love to play live. I've only had the chance 4 or 5 times, though I'd love to do it more.
Your musical influences
Dax Riggs, in particular.
A blend of everything, really.
What equipment do you use?
Right now: Two Squire amps, a Fender Squire bass, a shitty nondescript electric guitar, and a Yamaha keyboard.
