Astral Sight
The Astral Sight project was born in year 2002 by Dmitry "DJ AsTRaL" Lugovoy - a beginner DJ and electronic musician.
In spring 2003 he began to compose tracks for his first album "Coming Back To Life".
The style was as he calls "Space Electronic" (J.M. Jarre, Vangelis like style).
The main idea of the album was to resurrect “old forgotten” non-progressive electronic music.
Unfortunately has hasn’t been able to find a producer, so the album is still unreleased.
Meantime DJ AsTRaL made his first real good trance remix of Jean Michel Jarre’s “Oxygene 8” and sent it to the one of the most internet known amateur musician sites MixGalaxy.ru, where his remix stayed for two weeks on the first place in Hit Parade and brought the download counter to the skies in days.
Later he has been invited as a main censor of the MixGalaxy.ru.
In summer 2003 has been invited to compose soundtrack for Russian TV-Program "Adventurer’s Club” but due to sadly death of the “father” of "Adventurer’s Club” Yuri Senkevich, the project had to been closed.
Now Astral Sight is working on his second album “Solar” - an ambient-chill out album.
