Asfixia
Asfixia is a new groundbreaking progressive/technical death metal band from Argentina. It's basic elements come from the classic old school death metal, as in Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Suffocation, etc. That, combined with ripping shred solos and exotic scales, as in Cacophony and Symphony X, and tads of beautiful heart-breaking melody. All that in a very polished and excellent sounding production, where you can perfectly distinguish what is each instrument doing.
