We are here from nowhere, from Kitchener Ontario,Canada. We consist of Justin Cober on lead guitar,Mike Schooley on drums,Trevor Visee doing vocals and rhythm guitar, and myself,Slinco, on bass.
About a year and a half ago Justin and Mike started jamming out hendrix tunes in Mikes basement, then Eddie(old guitarist)caught wind of it and was invited to come jam one day as well.A few months later,Trevor and I were invited as well, and what would eventually become known as Here From NoWhere, was born. However recently Eddie and the rest of us parted ways.
We have only played live a few times and those few times have been great.
We all draw from different musicians and bands, but as a band we are more influenced by Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. As individuals though we have to many various influences to name.
I use a cheap Samick P-bass through a little Kustom combo.
Mike uses Procussion drums and Sabian cymbals.
Justin uses a modded Baracuda LP copy and an Epiphone G-400 custom through a 1972 Marshall combo with a Danlectro delay pedal and a Boss DS-1 distortion.
Trevor uses a Behringer mic and through an Ibanez tone blaster amplifier. As well as a Peavey combo, Marshall bluesbreaker overdrive, and a Fender standard strat.
Fatal Serenity was recorded with Eddie on rhythm, all others recorded without.
