The words "Baraka Bashad" are from the ancient Pali language and simply mean "May The Blessings Be!" I wrote & arranged this song with a light, Caribbean feel to it. Bruce Wozny plays guitar & sings back-up; I do the lead vocal & other instruments.

If this were a commercial song, I would call it "Only You." It is a pop ballad that stresses the importance of the word "HU" (pronounced "hue") -- an ancient love song to God that anyone can use anytime to gain insight, protection, or joy.
