I have been writing songs and fiddlin' with the guitar for years and years but only decided to put them together since my divorce. Now I am playing catch-up, revisiting these old (and some new) lyrics or melodies and finally bringing them together.
I have hundreds of melodies and lyrics...and now as I match them up and put them out there I slowly realize that this is what I should have been doing all along, before life got in the way.
Not looking at becoming a star but would like to write and record and perhaps market this vast collection of "music" I have in and around me and offer it to the world.
Thanks for the listen.

Closet singer/songwriter/guitar player for years...now going public with a library of songs and melodies.
I played in church for a year or so...blew 'em away at an open mic or two but other than that........
Initially, as a child I went to bed every night listening to AM radio, primarily 60's and 70's soul, progressive rock and singer songwriters of that era. Loved 70's funk (Bootsy, Parliament, Rick James...) By 1982 it was progressive metal and now in my 40's I seem to gravitate back to music that is diverse, progressive, melodic, soulful, bluesy with sweet guitars and a great story, told in a unique way. (Lamontagne, Bonamassa, Third Day, Greg Howe, Jose Gonzalez, Mofro, Derek Trucks, Satriani.....)
