Reginald Higgins (Bobby J) born in Dothan, Alabama on August 10, 1981. My father was in the military and was stationed in Jacksonville, Fl when I was 5 years old. I attended elementary & middle school in Jacksonville where I and others would rag on each other (crack jokes). In high school, I would battle rap with some of my partners after school. After high school, I attended UCF in Orlando continued battle rappin until I meet a partner who got me into the studio and the rest is literally a RAP!
