Quick writing session (about :15) and old memories.
The original demo of the last song I'll ever write my wife.....
Recorded live with my Zoom H-4 on the back of the davenport. Weaved in and out a bit to work the mic vocally. Added a touch of bass for a tad more punch and Lexicon reverb, compression.
How many things slip away into the ether and leave us ashamed that we didn't do what our hearts kept telling us, when our minds and the world wouldn't shut up. I dedicate this song to Wilbert (Bill) Beck, a man who I will forever try to emulate.
Just a quick demo recorded vocals and acoustic with one EV ND/767 mic at into a Zoom MRS-4 (lo-fi setting). Overdubbed additional vocals through same mic. Electric "Psuedo-Steel" done with a Mini-Strat through spring verb into homemade combo amp.
