right here is my band called 20th Dynasty productions/entertainment. The name is very significant and of course has sentimental and subliminal meaning to it. I'm deeply spiritual and very aware of the MATRIX(life's surrounding/atmosphere,people,ecomny,etc).
So, this Dynasty is about M.C's/Emcees and real hiphop..bringing it back and just getting better on a daily. Speaking truth from the heart and about what is seen through the eyes of the individual as well as the collective (meaning, the WHOLE) - (2003)
i use to do alittle something at a few spots. Now the year is 2012..and it's been a hot minute since i've been on Soundclick to do any updates. Well, growing up i've always took to RAKIM, LL COOL JAY, Big Daddy cane (when he was nice) and from time to time heard many artist,but especially liked :Slick Rick and K.R.S. ONE But nobody tops as my number one favorite, other than my brother KillaArtist and my other brother known for his many names??
none..my brother has all the studio equipment, so if we were to use any for any of those partiucular music categories..i wouldn't be able to tell..just depends on what we are using. " ------ that was 2003 speech...NOW in 2008 the 28 yr. old me vs the 23 yr. old me then has software and has experienced with beat making machines but now our days it's all worth the software so yeah..i'm doing alot of my beats now ..but don't have the time so i still get with my brother and he is still producing that illness as ever. And i know a few katts around the way you also do the same from time to time.So i guess you can say i've been "beat" shopping !! Feel me!?! :)] NOW it's 2012 (32 years of age)and i can say i do most of my own beats. Using the Pro software or either fruity loops which is still hot and can do alot of works. But i'm always open to new and better instrumentation.
Yeah, i love writing poetry. To me poetry is not just rhymes or doesn't have to rhyme. It's real from the heart. NOT copying other artist or writing what just sounds good. I write from the heart..and can only write poetry when i'm feeling it. I write from what i've seen, experience, and seen others experience. Words and Music are UNIVERSAL. My other favorite hobbies are me being a 3rd Dawn Blackbelt in Shorin Ryu Karate, which i've been involved in since the age of 5. Got my first dawn blackbelt at 13.Love weightlifting, writing poetry and written hiphop lyrics and i love freestyling. Real emcees write their own lyrics. Love hanging out with my lady, and my best friend is my brothers and lil couso (cousin) who's rap name is Lighthouse aka Testify. And many other things.. and from time to time..love talking to my female friends ;)??? (lol) Strictly platonic?? YEAH.......OKAY !!! LOL!
