Dustin Tincher, Ceo of Double XL Beatz, Is 15 years old. Turning 16 On December 6! He was born in Elkins, West Virginia. Now living on the outsides of Philippi, West Virginia. He grew up listening to rappers such as....Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nas, Tupac, Snoop Dogg, and many others. Double XL Beatz Started producing music back in early December.
