West

A back-beaty, westerny sort of exposition of the human condition + your face is on the floor at the end of it
Silent Trio has been rocking in some form or another since early 2007, when a craigslist ad was created and replied to. We're looking for more musicians to round out our trio.
Band/artist history
Jim: Iïve played saxophone since 1992. Jazz improvisation lessons on the horn and a few music theory classes taught me music as I know it today. As a longtime Primus fanatic, I acquired the desire to self-teach the bass guitar, left-handed. To facilitate in the communication of songs I wrote, I learned guitar. I have performed with rock, jazz big band, small groups, metal, and alternative groups. In the Arctic Circle during the summer of 2004, I started self-recording on my Dell calling the self-recordings Bandwagon. Since then, I fancy file sharing and recording with friends many miles apart. I also enjoy playing drums, my wind synthesizer, and tickling some ivory. I travel far and wide to hear live performances. Nathan: I picked up guitar while I was living in Mexico in 1998, because punk rock was awesome. After a couple years, I put together a rock trio with my brother and my best friend, and we locked ourselves in a cement block room and played every day because there were no venues for indie cover bands. In 2004, I moved to Florida, and two bands and a couple of years later, I started Silent Trio. In Spring of 2008, I started taking guitar performance and music theory at St Petersburg College. Robert: Robert has done music and audio engineering all his life. He is a secretive, secretive man. For all we know, he may also be very old.
