Formed in the summer of 99, an 8 month process of writing ensued and the result was gratifying to say the least. The hoop-la surrounding their rehearsals slowly grew into what was to become a steadily growing and loyal fanbase. Having drew over 200 people to their first gig, crackjaw quickly began laying the groundwork for a bright music career. Drawing on many influences, as well as their own unique songwriting style, have allowed them to grab the attention of fans from many genres.
Having put in over 150 shows in three states (and counting!), they have no plans of stopping until their goals are met. Many transformations take place in a bands journey. One such example of this would be the addition of a second guitarist which will take place starting in August. Besides the obvious "fattening" up the live sound, many creative doors will now be present for them to explore.
The newest 4 song E.P. was recorded and produced at Cleveland Ohio's Spider Studio, with Ben Schigel (Switched, Erase The Grey, Chimaira, Gatlin) and Tony Gammalo.
