Slow Mojo is a six piece, Toowoomba-based blues band that evolved from the Bakelite Blues Band.
From this pool of experience Slow Mojo has developed its own interpretations of a broad range of material spanning from early (pre-war) acoustic blues through Chicago Blues to modern electric boogie.
The purpose of Slow Mojo is to give the audience a full blues experience from pure gutsy blues to fun treatments often with a satirical twist, that will leave them begging for more.Band/artist history

Woolie (Brian) - Drums and vocalsHave you performed in front of an audience?We play live at any opportunity we get. Lately this has far too often been to small audiences in our practice rooms.
The best gig we have had recently was a charity gig at RM Williams Polo Club in Toowoomba, Queensland. The acoustics were great, the audience was really into the music and the three bands that played that night were well into the groove. All in all a magic evening!
