Big Sleep is the name of the imaginary 'band/group, that all the music I create with my friend and musical collaborator, Tony Webster goes under. Tony is pictured on the right in the photo; me on the left in the dark blue suit.

I (David A Briggs) play all the instruments (mostly of the stringed variety), perform all the studio 'jiggery-pokery', sing and dabble a little in the visual arts.
We've been making music together for a long time now . . . back when 4 track cassettes were the cutting edge . . .we both benefitted from a 'liberal', Art College background. The so called, post world war two, 'over educated' generation ;)
