Disciples Of Tone - These days there's a definite Buzzcocksy/Ramonesy thing going on. Mostly now its vocals, guitar, bass & drums - the electric saxophone has taken a sabbatical. Maybe its a question of distilling/refining/honing it all down. For those so attuned there's still psychedelia, 'krautrock', rockabilly within the punk rockery. They do like The Cramps and Dexy's and the B52s and Syd Barratt's Pink Floyd and they've certainly heard of Dick Dale & Link Wray. The soundtrack to Forbidden Planet lurks in the shadows threatening to engulf each song.
a long and well travelled road marred by pot holes and replete with detours with the destination always just over the next hill.
Gigs mostly in the Midlands (UK) but as far afield as Middlesbrough
