Band/artist history
Not to go too far back, but i been doin this rap shit since high school("97"). I got more recognition as a athlete and a fuck up, more than i did as a rap artist or a lyrisist. But in 1998 i started to get recognized when we formed a local rap/r&b group (P.I.C). in which two members of that group later signed a deal with a respected record label. Fast forwarding, In 2005 me and a group of my homies decided that we are going to persue the dreams we had to make it big in the music business. my lil cousin spook, who i never knew had the talent that he had, was in. My homie dibbi aka (SET IT OFF), who was a well respected dj and athlete, was in too. My long time homie shaq t., who was a carpenter, mechanic,dj, and barber, was down wit it. And my homie corn, who was originaly from Mansfield.LA., but well respected in the business and the streets of Okland CA. where he spent most of his life, was also in. Ater that we built a studio that costed a few thousand from our own pokets. Waisting no time, we went straight to recording, and from then to now we are among the most respected artist in our area. After putting out mix tapes, wreckin callabos, performing live, and gettin radio play on 103 da beat (which is hard to do where I'm from). If you are from my area, and you or nobody around you knows the name "POOLEYBOY" then they ain't got they feet in da street
