Born into an already established, musical background, Gina was raised on traditional country music (and Elvis). Her father's collection of music ran from Texas Swing to the Nashville Sound. Her musical roots may have started traditional, but over the years have "branched" to a melting pot of musical styles. She began singing and writing in 1988 and feels the best is yet to come! Gina now lives in Nashville and is pursuing her writing and a degree in public relations/music industry at Middle Tennessee State University.

My influences are anyone who ever moved me... but to name a few, I would have to say Patsy Cline, Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, Bread, Allison Moorer, K.D. Lang, JohnnyCash, Merle Haggard, Alanis Morrisette, Faith Hill, Bob Dylan, Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Norah Jones, Alison Krauss, and I'd have to say my mom and dad, because they exposed me to much of this music. There are so many more... any kind of music can influence a person... its kind of how you evolve into who you are as a musician, artist or writer.
