Pulsar in Repose
A monumental string ensemble delivers a paean to a dying star, with blessings from a choir of holy men and angels.

Something Else
A mysterious piano runs over a wash of dark ambient strings before rising to an uplifting crescendo. All is propelled by a pulsing bass and an energetic beat.
The Drowning Hundred is a Los Angeles based one-man "band." These songs are experiments in electronic music made with MIDI. Thoughtful, melancholy, uplifting, deep, dark, and mesmerizing; this is music for people pondering the mysteries of the universe.
Band/artist history
The Drowning Hundred is a Los Angeles based one-man "band." These songs are experiments in electronic music made with MIDI. The song Something Else was pretty much created while learning to work with the MIDI aspects of Cubase. Pulsar In Repose is more refined, and closer to the sound I'm interested in pursuing. There might be vocals or live instruments added to future songs.
My other musical project is the Heavy Metal / Hardcore Punk band Throne of Blood... which sounds very different.
