I am a Solo guitarist/producer at present but occasionally work with other musicians and vocalists.
I have plans to write some vocal songs but am still waiting for those lazy singer types to get off their fat back sides -are you listening Alistair Wilson & Jim Hutchison!
Due to time, family, work and all the other drudgery that goes with life I have been happy just working on short instrumental project from a small home studio.
I keep all my tracks to around three to four minutes and try and keep some spontaneity with as many live one off takes as possible.
After many years of over processed and over complicated set ups I have gone back plain old guitar and amp!
I use Fender Telecasters and Strats and a Cry Baby Wah and that’s it!
All tracks are just guitar bass and drums and I hope the "back to basics" rock sound comes across.
I would like to think of my sound as "rocking"/"driving" music with a raw edge and bluesy feel.
I am planning on getting back to playing live or starting a band when time and opportunity arise (hopefully later this year).
I have completed an album "Just Drive" which is available for download...please check it out!
I Hope you enjoy my sounds!
Thanks for listening.
Have done in the past and do so occasionally.
