A lot of great old greasy funk never make it to danish airwaves or stages. To make up for at least some of it we formed JayBeez Funkclub to play some of the most influencial funk thru all times: Songs recorded by The JB's.
We tried to play the songs as close to the originals as we could see fit, but couldnt help throwing a bit of rap into it too, to kinda make the crossover to where this music is being used mostly today: In hiphop and DJ-performances.
Right now the band is on a hold, because of busy members (the no. 1 band-illness), but perhaps we will be out there again some day.
