Rainbow Rainbow
Right after a rain, you see the rainbow, I never wanted this girl to be the rainbow that ends.
Welcome to the Ride the 75. Ride the 75 have been years in the making. The three founding members, Ryan, Bill and Sammie were at one time members of two rival bands. Ryan and Bill played with Furious George, a band that did everything from punk to southern rock. Sammie was a member of Southern Thunder. Southern Thunder came by the name honestly by playing southern rock mixed with hard rock. This summer both Bill and Ryan moved back to Jackson and got up with Sammie and mentioned forming a band. They all were excited about the fresh start and the potential that the three could have together. After jammin' a few times everything fell into place. The out come was the birth of Ride the 75!Band/artist history
About ridethe75
Ride the 75 have been years in the making. The three founding members, Ryan, Bill and Sammie were at one time members of two rival bands. Ryan and Bill played with Furious George, a band that did everything from punk to southern rock. Furious George pushed the limits to do what they wanted to do and if everyone else didn't like it then to hell with them. They also found other bands such as Poop and For Twinny. Sammie was a member of Southern Thunder. Southern Thunder came by the name honestly by playing southern rock mixed with hard rock. Both bands had a huge following and shared alot of the same fan base. After years of playing together Ryan moved to Ohio and Bill went on to college. Ryan returned and became a member of Southern Thunder and Bill joined a political punk rock group entitled The Empire of William Henry Harrison. Eventually Southern Thunder broke up. Ryan moved away to Ohio again and began a solo project called Gravel Road. Sammie began playing with different bands, the last being with Midnight Train. The Empire of William Henry Harrison became inactive because everyone was to busy with school. This summer both Bill and Ryan moved back to Jackson and got up with Sammie and mentioned forming a band. They all were excited about the fresh start and the potential that the three could have together. After jammin' a few times everything fell into place. The out come was the birth of Ride the 75!Have you performed in front of an audience?Jackson, Ky and surronding areas. Rocking the Breathitt Heritage fair!
