I am a singer songwriter. I love music and songwriting. I also play a mess of instruments including guitar, banjo, pedal steel, lap steel, dobro, fiddle and sitar.
I have been playing guitar in various bands for a long time. I started writing about 4 years ago and released my first solo album "Stacey Cargal presents the bAlter dirL" this year. I am very happy with it. I am currently working on my next album.
Sometimes in Atlanta, I have been in a bunch of bands so I do really like it. Opening up for 16 Horsepower back in the day was awesome. My solo Acoustic gig at Eddie's Attic last year was great.
Americana, old country, good rock, gospel or blues. I like the roots of music... of all good music.
I got a Larrivee guit, a strat, tele and an ephiphone casino that I have reworked, a 1966 emmons pedal steel and a 1930's era richenbacker lap steel. I got an OME banjo and a Booth fretless Banjo. I got a Mangla Presad Sitar.
