EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($200): When you purchase exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat for any profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusive are sold the beat is no longer on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat as audio, the full beat in wav format, and the separate tracks of the beat as individual wav files for a solid professional mix-down. In addition you will receive a signed Statement Beats contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat.
LEASING RIGHTS ($20/Beat Vault Membership): When leasing a beat you can use it for your album, demo, shows, radio play, or any reason you can think of as long as you give Statement Beats the proper credit for the incremental. Leasing Rights can be sold multiple times until Exclusive rights have been purchased. Leasing a beat is the most common method of purchasing a beat, its cheap and you can use it for anything as long as you give Statement the proper credit.
CUSTOM BEATS ($500+): Custom Beats are available for artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project. Custom Beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. I will work with you to make the track just the way you want it. Prices will depend on the complexity of the track, and how long it takes to come up with the final accepted version but pricing starts at $500 per Custom Beat. A down payment is required and I will not ask for the rest of the payment until you are completely satisfied.

Q. Do you offer package deals if I buy more than one beat?
A. Yes. If you are deciding on purchasing more than 2 beats a great package deal will be set up.
Q. How does the beat buying process exactly work?
A. First you decide on which beat you want to purchase, which rights you want for that beat, and how you want to pay. You will then send the payment we agreed on to the mailing address I provide. Once I've received the payment I will then ship out the package to you Priority delivery. Included in the package will be a CD with the beat on it as a full length audio file for stereo use, on the CD as data will be the beat as a full length wav file and the separate parts of the beat as wav files for computer use, and along with the CD will be a signed legal contract handing you exclusive or leasing rights to the beat. So you will receive a 6" x 9" envelope and the contents will be one CD and one contract.
Q. When will my beat to arrive once you have received the payment for it?
A. If you pay with a money order, cashier's check, Pay Pal or Western Union, then you can expect the package within 3-5 days. You can also have it shipped overnight if you pay the extra shipping which usually runs $15 dollars. If you pay with a personal/business check then I have to wait until the check clears before I send out the package. Checks usually clear within 3-5 business days, so your package will arrive within 6-10 days.
Q. How do I know you wont rip me off?
A. I've been doing business on the net for more than three years now, I've never had an unsatisfied customer. I also get a lot of return buyers that liked my work and way of doing business so much that they came back for more. I always tell my clients that if they want to feel more comfortable about buying beats from me through the net then they should pay with a check or another form of payment that is easily traceable. I have a email/AIM list of all my customers and I would be happy to set you up to speak to them and ask any questions you might have.
Q. Do you have any free beats? Can you please help me on my album and we can split 50/50?
A. No. $20 is not that much to ask for a beat. If you cant afford $20 to buy a beat you should not be putting out an album.

Money Order: You can purchase a money order at banks, local stores with a Western Union inside, or at post offices.
Personal/Business Checks: Allow 3-5 days for checks to clear before your package is sent off.

First Class: Allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
