With close lead harmonies and keyboards provided by sisters Peggy Crawford and Tina Jackson we spread the Word in song throughout the '70s and '80s in Southern California.
Based in the Placentia Nazarene Church, we played together for about 15 years covering other christian artists of the 70's and 80's eventually playing and recording our own original tunes from 1986 until 1988 when we disbanded.
These .mp3 tracks were remastered from the original 2, 4, 8, and 24 track analogue audio tapes from back then!
Check back periodically for new tracks added as I'm able, either here or at our homepage: http://www.daplane.com/music/
If you are interested in obtaining an audio CD with all the tracks, please email a note to the webmaster's address there.
Hope you enjoy what was a lot of fun and a personal ministry in our youth. Too, please consider a tax deductible contribution, no matter how small, to the orphanage operated by our former producer, Greg Yova, at this website: http://www.projectmexico.org/
Thanks all for listening!
No. We disbanded back in 1988. We did do only live sets back then though... lots of fun!
Opening for Sheila Walsh at a benefit concert was probably as big an audience as we ever had at one venue.
The "Rockin' the King" concert we did after hours at Anaheim High School (as 'His Seed') marked our first performances of many of our early compositions and served as an introduction to the Stratus brand with the first album sales offered then as well.
