Punk

This is Kill Time, a rather experimental Punk band, we compose our songs with a free mind, not trying to stick all songs to one genre, our music is a blend of Punk, Folk, Acoustic, Reggae, Rap and Ambience/Just Plain Weird. We originall started out as the Deadly Duo (of ex-broadcasters) and we have now recently accuired a super drummer and the like.
Band/artist history
The Broadcasters split in early 2005, two of it's members joined forces to become the deadly duo. Between them they created the songs and the general basis, then made a few wierd and wonderful demo's. and in early 2006 have made steps to become a fully operational band and are intending to record a full album in the summer.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
we plan to play anywhere to anyone who will listen, the town, the beach and we will even take to the rooftops.
Your musical influences
The Biggest influence and main motivation behind the band would have to be The Clash, and the other influnces would be from Reggae, Punk and more stuff, like Bob Marley, Rancid(we are all big fans of Rancid), Buzzcocks, Graham Coxon, Johnny Cash, Bone Thugs and Harmony, etc.
What equipment do you use?
alot, Audacity for recording as for instruments: Me: Custom Squire Telecaster and a cheap blue acoustic Joel: Harmonica's (A and C) and anything else that produces a note Ed: A drumkit, this changes depening on where we practise. Nick: Black Double bass and some Semi-Acoustic affair.
Anything else?
Keep it Real! Listen to music because you want to, not just because it goes with the scene. Forever and a Day!
