The old saying goes "he was born with an instrument in his hand." This applies to me as well. Since my instrument of choice is the piano, oh how painful it would have been for my mother! And growing up, it was for her. I started playing the piano/composing classical music at the age of four. Not knowing how to read or write sheet music, I spent hours pounding at the piano, playing by ear. A thousand sorry for my mother's migraines. To date, I believe it has paid off. I'm still not anywhere near where I want to be, but my passion for music will never go away.
Band/artist history
I started playing the piano/composing classical music at the age of four. I'm Self taught and play by ear. However, All thanks much go to my Childhood Friend, Matthew; if not for him, I would of never been around a piano (organ).
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Not as much as I'd like to. I performed live many times during high school, and for special occasions. Unfortunately, my stage fright keeps me from playing live as much as I'd like to. I just want to sit in the front row of an orchestra, hearing them play my music. I consider myself a Composer, not a performer anyway. =D
Never judge by how many people have heard you, judge by how touched the person was who did hear you!
Your musical influences
Ludwig van Beethoven! http://lucare.com/immortal/
The very first orchestral piece I heard was his 5th Symphony. The moment I heard those infamous four notes, I knew what my passion in life was - compose my own music.
What equipment do you use?
Piano. Keyboard. A mic. My computer. And this music program - FL Studio. I KNOW - The quality is Not good! However, Please consider the powerful emotions I'm expressing at the moment! =) BTW - My Music is Best Heard Through Headphones and in the dark! =P
Anything else?
You'll notice, as I already know, my music can be - repetitive, and quite possibly all be link together in some form, and I cannot seem to finish any of them! I absolutely Hate when I have to. But this doesn't discourage me whatsoever. I see myself, one day, composing music for films, or those string/piano melodies you hear in the background of regular music. Even video games! btw "one winged angel" for final fantasy 7 is Wicked Awesome! Thank you for listening to my music, and I hope you enjoy listening as much as I have composing them.

Hey buddy, haven't heard a peep out of you in a long time. I'm just making sure you're writing music instead of lying on the couch watching TV all day.
Well, I'm late as usual! You are definetely getting better with your percussion. I've always been a fan of the way you layer your brass lines, and the panning works really well. I've been doing a lot of instrument rock stuff recently, but I hope to get back into symphonic writing in the near future. Thanks for keeping in touch. You know what to do.

Hey Roger,
ITS BEEN A LONG TIME! I apologize for that. Anyhow, I just listened to your new Battle March. Great brass licks! It reminds me of the cool lines in the Warcraft II soundtrack. And actually, the tone out of the midi brass is actually pretty good. Usually midi woodwinds though make me throw up a little inside, haha. ROGER DID NOT USE MIDI WW's IN THIS SONG.
Anyhow, I've been pushing my boundaries a little and writing different stuff using FL studio, and I should have a Boss Battle Theme posted in the next few days. I started it yesterday and am about a quarter through, so I'll hopefully finish it up here soon. Anyway, I hope all is well with you, and as always, inform me of your new releases.
