The Sacrifice
Mood piece, influenced I suppose, by the awareness and acceptance of my own mortality
I was bitten by the music bug at age twelve and have been playing ever since. My first hero's were Gary Richrath & Neal Schon & later Eddie Van Halen and the list goes on still to this day. Growing up and living in Idaho is geographically challenging for any kind of artist, so for the most part of my career I've made my living playing in cover bands in the local club scene. I received my degree in classical guitar performance from Boise State University in '94 and though I loved the music, I retired my nylon string after graduation & reconnected with my Rock 'n' Roll roots. Over the years I have been blessed with the opprotunity to meet a lot of really great people through music and consider myself very fortunate because of this. These days I spend my time writing and recording my own guitar instrumental music, performing live weekly in my hometown, and spending time with friends & family.
