Neil, most people are not aware of the bass being more than an instrument only for means of accompaniment but a "melody maker". Now here we have this sad yet uplifting Clapton thing, synth, tiny little bit of percussion and muliptle basses. Man, how great this fretless sound comes. Fantastic work!
