Cello-
Fall 2001- Start cello in 5th grade. I was the only cellist to sign up for morning lessons, so I got a private lesson instead of playing with all the other cellos.
Fall 2002- Audition for the Jr. Chamber Orchestra. This is the "all-star" orchestra at the Middle School. I made it as 4th chair in 6th grade, 3rd in 7th Grade, and 1st in 8th Grade.
Fall 2005- I started String Ensemble in the High School- the better orchestra. We are one of the best high school orchestras in the country.
March 06- I did my first arrangement (voluntarily) of an orchestra piece. It was much harder than I thought and it took me about 6 hours.
April 15, 2006, 11:00 A.M.- We preform @ Carnegie. Yeah!
As for the history of my other works, there really isn't much, but here you go-
Mayish 2005- My friend D4 gives me a copy of his CD, Ominous Twilight. This is the first time I had ever really listened to Electronica, and I instantly love it.
September 2005-January 06- I take Music Tech 1 my freshman year in High School. Curse of the Music Box was my Final Project for the class.
December 05- I am introduced to Soundclick by D4.
February 06- I start making "5th Graderz" in the Music Tech room while I was waiting to copy CotMB on to a CD.
April 22nd+29th '06- Me and Hyades D4 make our first collab song, Move Yo' Ass. He has tons of great equipment and the song turned out great.
May 1st, 2006- I finish 5th Graderz.
Near Future- Me, D4, and our friend (another cellist) The Hovenator are planning to do an Electronica remix of an old song we played in Orchestra 2 years ago called Prarie Fire.
Sophmore Year- I plan to take Music Tech 2. Projects include a song for an ad, a car commercial, and another Final Project. Stay tuned.
I play cello at rehearsals and concerts. It definetly is fun and we prefored at Carnigie Hall in April.
Hyades D4. No idea who he is, but that guy's the man. :)
The old keyboards + computers in the Music Tech room for CotMB and 5th Graderz. For Move Yo' Ass, we used D4's stuff. You can check his page (Hyades D4) if you really care, but I doubt you do.
I'm on a mission to find out how people find this site. Please send me an e-mail and tell me how you found me, whether it's the charts, a post on a more popular artist's page, or whatever; just send me an e-mail and tell me. I also like to hear what people think about my music, so tell me about that too. tjs3@mindspring.com OR tjs3ster@gmail.com
