Came together over tea and pastries, a love of all odd things musical, a shared lack of talent and ability and occasionally writing about other people's music. Came apart when one started working, one started courting and one started child-rearing. Meet now for chat and curries about three times a year! But the spirit is still strong and never say never.
We played live once in Birmingham as a gig. Else we always play live, we are an improvising trio, (and occasionally more)

As I'm listening to 'Jeremy Starsurfs at a LaGrange Point' I'm getting the feeling that I'm swimming against a pulsating tide of sound that is washing over me and slowly drawing me to it's center. I'm searching for the center but I'm constantly being pounded by the puslaing waves of sound. Before I know it I realize I've been pulled into the center only to realize I've lost the shore and feel a need to look for a way out. The center of the mix is keeping me distracted to the point where I forget about the shore and just ride along effortlessly. I've experienced the same thing when I saw the Tibetan Llamas doing a twenty minute chant where I got lost in the harmonic overtone that seems to hover over their heads. You tend to loose track of time when this happens. It can be pretty fun when you make it through to the end.
