Born in 1985 as troy levy jr, in evanston, illinois. Troy was already destined for greatness, with his father being in the music scene as a reggae D.j., which really did not do any damage but in the streets. "T" grew up listening to alot of different artist and musci only to lead him into writing his own songs and even reciting them. in 2001 troy met up with a local rapper by the name of cicc cel (dion Primo) who was really heavy in the school T had attended @ the time, the two linked up and the rest is history. T kept up with his flow, never releasing an album or mixtape, i was all features.2002 T went on to form SLEPT ON ENT. with a couple of his other compadres LUNGZ LOVA and TIES, while forming this alliance the three ran into a producer who goes ny the name of D.A.(davids art). D.A. who was also an up and coming beatmaker @ E.T.H.S, putting together an album with some of the schools finest artist, without blinking, the rap trio did what every hungry emcee would do, they ripped like there was no tomorrow. After being one of the only juniors on this album T began to become more popular in the eye of his classmates his senior year helping him meet up with one the greatest emcees of them all Tragic. At that time T had been working on a class project which was recording a demo. T immediately got Tragic into the session only for the two to do a 6min. freestyle ripping a beat that was coal turned into a diamond, from there Tragic became a member of SLEPT ON ENT. and they went on to begin recording the SLEPT ON project said to be the first release from the highly anticipated freshman album from the label.. It was all going so good until T had a great falling out with his father, that would not only cause the group to stop recording , but also forcing the emcee to move to FLA.
Just when T thought "this rap shit is realy over " he gets a call from D.A. asking him where in Fla he lived. Well to make a long story short it turned out that Cicc CEL not only in florida but he live about 5 min. away from where T was staying @ the time. The two immediately got together and began working on T's first mixtape "The Taste of Chicago" which was also T's first project to be heard by the streets, the mix was successfully created and given away for free, giving T all he needed to hear to keep grindin. 2006 the two are still going strongetting ready to release the next mixtape which has not yet been titled, but will be straight heat featuring the SLEPT ON BOYZ and the Artist he has gained respect from in the DIRTY DIRTY. the Schedule drop date is not yet set but will be as soon as all traccs are submitted, "so for now, what more can i say ThIs 1s 4u"
