Proph & Med are brothers that have been lyrically inclined since birth. They began surging their lyrics with beats in 2000. 7 years later they are now ready to embark on a journey which will lead them to opening up the worlds eyes to the unforseen talent that rests in Waterbury, CT. This duo is currently unsigned talent but not for much longer. With their drive and determination it is only a matter of time before they go worldwide.
Band/artist history
Proph & Med entered into the Hot 93.7 Saturday Showdown on 8/19/06 with their song "Hope I Make It" featuring Ransome Divine. The contest was set where local listeners would have to call in and vote for the song that they would perfer to hear played on the radio. "Hope I Make It" battled against Mook & Fair's track "Fire". The phone lines rang and the people chose Proph & Med to advance to the next round. The following weeks battle put their song against Patrice Peris's track "Just one night". The people didn't disappoint the duo and Proph & Med claimed another victory . Week 3 came and they continued to gain love and support from the listeners. Up against Heavens Devils' "March Wit Us", Proph & Med gained yet another victory round. They kept forward pushing them to the retirment round 4 which brought them against Voice's track "Trippin over U". The people spoke and it was clear that this duo was destined to do big things. Out of the 4 acts that Proph & Med were put against not one could take them out. "Hope I Make It" retired giving hope to other local artists that they too might claim a victory.
