Very nice song. Like it. Have you thought of recording an alternative version with a drum track and more prominent bass and keyboards ? This song is strong enough for a full 'band' arrangement . . . one you'd maybe play live. Though this 'gentle' version is good by anyone's standards nonetheless. :). . . another station add for sure.

A nice catchy song with a middle 8 ! I thought that they'd had gone out of style, but it's something that I've always liked in songs. For me it's an indication of good song writing. A sweet and short 'solo' too. 'Perfect'. Right, I'll play it again. Hey, that's just what 'hit singles' are all aboot ;) like it. . . plus there's something even better still, you're Canadian :) :)

Well produced, well played and sang. You're gonna have to find a new studio now, or better yet - build one yourself.

Jeff dude this is great, It'slike a good old fashioned rocker bringing great use of those 4 chords sweet Jane style. I am a sucker for Hammond and it should be on this track it was made for it. Awesome harmonies and guitar tones loving that valve tone.
Here comes Jeff! A real rocker! great guitar intro. Great routine top singing! Wonderful. Clear, straight, wonderful harmonies! I love her, too after listening to your perfect tune!

You did the blues? Welcome to the dark side, Jeff. This is great stuff, with a taste of that garagey thing you do so well. But also some 60s Brit blues in there. And absolutely blistering guitar work! Big thumbs up!

Jeff this is awesome, Defiantly my fave song by you it has a classic retro vibe to it and the more I hear it the more I love it. I have been racking my brains that guitar bit when it comes in after the stop, It is 2000 miles by the pretenders isn't it. Anyhow that is a minor thing this song is brilliant

Again - this song is so captivating - RApples' production and domj's strange, sad little story equals top notch work and inspired flash of insight. I suspect it's somehow over my head - but I still think it's very profound.

Hi Jeff... I decided to post my comment here...since you asked for feedback. This is a really cool track. I love the tightness. The vocals are great (as always). You did a nice job with the drums...but they seem a tad too low in the mix to me. I 'm digging the guitar solo a lot, great tone. Overall, I'd like to see the guitars brightened up a bit at around 2K and 6K-10K...I think it would help this mix. A pretty fine piece of songwriting here, though...and the new gear sounds like you're having fun with it already. (There's nothing like new gear to provide a bit of inspiration, eh?) It's nice to see you hanging out again. I missed your clear head...and sharp tongue. :-) Hugs...Mike (NAV)
