Licensing a beat entitles you to a mix down of the said beat in a WAV or MP3 format. This license grants you the ability to use the beat for one application with distribution up to 2,500 copies. If more than one application is used or more than 2,500 copies are distributed you must contact The Prophet to negotiate a new contract. The licensing of a beat does not entitle you to any copyrights of the beat. You shall give credit to The Prophet (e.g., produced by The Prophet) on any and all printed material.
