The Exile All Stars consist of a group of highly motivated Denver based producers. We compliment each other musicaly with a wide range and variety of style in our music with sounds from the streets to tha burbs. We work as a 4 man production team signed under a new independent record label called Exile Entertainment L.L.C. and We are knowlegeable in many areas of todays digital studio. But enough about us we like to let the music speak for itself, hope you enjoy!
We listen to such a wide variety of things it is really hard to specify one particular type of genre. If I could put it into words I would just say anything inbetween Beethoven and Tupac. Our style involves a hip-hop oriented foundation with major influences from classical, rock and roll, r&b, blues, and jazz. It is safe to say that we keep a pretty open mind about our who we let influence us.
We work around lot of digital equipment. First and foremost with the Korg Triton Stutio, a couple simple Casios and Yamaha keyboards, an MPC 1000, the MPD 60, Pro Tools on PC with the DigiDesign rack processor, live mixers and mic's, a Blue Dragonfly mic, Newman 327 mic, and a couple sony dynamics. We also carry a couple live instruments including an acoustic and an electric guitar, house drum set, and even a flexitone.
