Albums, mixtapes, demo's, websites, commericals, film, etc.... You name it and I gets it done.
Born dec 5th, 1979 in Prishtina, Kosova ( that's in Europe ) Took Piano lessons from age 6 to 8, but had to cut em short due to the fucked up circumstances of politics in that region. Came to NYC in 91. Around 93 is when I started listening to rap/hiphop. Attended Newtown High School in Queens, I was in the school band for all 4 years and I played the clarinet. Fast forward to 99, thas when i decided to get into making beats. I had no prior knowledge of any recording equipment, or producing, etc.. I just knew I had it in me. So I got a Triton Pro X, which at the time it had just came out. Now for someone who had no prior experience in music technology to start off with something like that was crazy, but i stuck with it. Of course my early shit was all over the place, but about 2 yrs into it, shit started to come together. About a year later I was put on to fruity loops ( now FL STUDIO ) and i started to experiment with that, because it was diffrent, and i started to get into sampling. But I preffer to be original. Today I have a dream setup compared to my starting days.
I dont play live at any venue or in band, but I do play live as in when I'm playing my keyboard when I'm making my beats/compositions that are 100% original of the top. Not a big fan of jacking other people's creativity because when you think about it, they didn't sample no body, they played the shit live and with a whole lota less technology. I just think now and days producers dont put in enough effort into a track, just lookin for the easy way out . And if that means just take someone's whole music and just add some drums than that's what they'll do, but thas not my steez at all. Nothing against those that do, but did you ever try to be original? If someone asks you to do a sample free track, you gona be in trouble jack.
Still use my good ol Triton pro X, Sony Vaio PC, Emu 1820M interface, Samson Resolve 2.1 Monitor System Cubase SX 3, FL STUDIO 6, and TONS of vsti's and effects (2MANY2LIST) My whole setup is approximatly worth like $25Gs so you know i'm for real when it comes to this shit. .
Shout out to my Lil bro aka da wizard for putting my shit together and keeping it up and running, definetly wouldn't be possible withough him Thas pretty much my arsenal right there. Get at me for all your audio production needs. Peace
