KINGDOM OF SNAKES is your new favorite rock band.
In the Spring of 2004 members of Nothingface (TVT Records) and Molly McGuire (Epic Records) came together to form KINGDOM OF SNAKES. The band went into Henson Studios to record a 5 song E.P. with producer Bill Kennedy (Nine Inch Nails, Nothingface) and in the summer of 2005 recorded their first full length album at their own studio in Los Angeles, which was mixed by Paul Malinowski (SHINER, OPEN HAND).
The band is currently performing and booking shows in Southern California. Come out and see us live!
KINGDOM OF SNAKES previous affilitions include: Nothingface, Molly McGuire, Gunfighter, Maroon, Overstep, and The Incredible Moses Leroy.

Kingdom of Snakes - Kingdom of Snakes EP
Review by: Stand and Fight
From the ashes of Nothingface, a new band has been formed: Kingdom of Snakes. Kingdom of Snakes features Bill Gaal, the Nothingface bassist. This self-entitled EP was very surprising to me. As a huge fan of Nothingface in their prime, I was totally blown away at the more pronounced rock sound. This album is not heavy in any way. The lyrics are pretty sappy, but well written. Songs like One More, and Surrender come with almost a grunge sound. The musicianship on this album is the key. These guys are all mature musicians.
The production of this album reminds me of The Deftones. My favorite track on Kingdom of Snakes, Whats Really In sounds just like Mindset, with less heaviness. I love the clear guitar, and vocals that go hand in hand with the excellent guitar. What really reminds me of Mindset are the vocals, and lyrics. The last song on the album Lost Vegas is probably the heaviest song on the album, with low, distorted rhythm guitar. This song sounds like Flaw, and even Tool at moments. I definitely see major influence of other bands within this band. I was blown away that I even liked this EP. If you are looking for Nothingface, dont look here. This is NOTHING like Nothingface! I cant wait for a full length from Kingdom of Snakes
