New age, ambient, space music, and progressive rock influenced by Pink Floyd and Alan Parsons.

Peak in sub-genre #35
New Age, ambient, and space music influenced by Pink Floyd and Alan Parsons. Also influenced by various space music artists both online and from the "Hearts of Space" label and radio program.
The most influential artists musically to me are Pink Floyd and Alan Parsons. Where would progressive rock be without their genius? I really admire Pink Floyd's work on "Wish You Were Here" (1975) and "Dark Side of the Moon" (1973). Essential progressive rock with impeccable production that was way ahead of its time.
Also, Alan Parsons' is a master engineer and producer--a true wizard in the studio. His work on "I, Robot" (1977), "Tales of Mystery & Imagination" (1976), "Try Anything Once" (1991), and "The Time Machine" (1999) is some of the finest music production I've ever heard.
His work on "Dark Side of the Moon" for Pink Floyd -- recorded over 33 years ago -- is still considered the "gold standard" today for production and engineering.
I use everything from keyboards to kazoo.
Thank you for listening to my music. I look forward to your comments.
