Laurie is a Christian singer/songwriter who has recently completed her debut CD, "Im Looking at Heaven". Her music is inspired and heartfelt. Laurie has a beautiful and unique voice that has been compared to Jewel and Karen Carpenter. Lauries music has been critically acclaimed and appeals to all age groups. She is very grateful to her producer, platinum award winner, Mark Keefner, who has made her music come to life. The CD touches several genres, from pop to country to world beat.

I have recently moved to the Nashville area and I am very excited to be singing at several area churches and Christian venues. I will keep you posted on upcoming performances.

I grew up listening to Rodger's and Hammerstein musicals, singing songs from Carousel and The King and I (and still do), of course the Beatles, David Bowie, Queen, Crowded House, Third Day, Jars of Clay, Jewel and of course, I listen to myself everyday.

I have an Andy Griffith signature series Martin D18 and another Martin, which makes even me sound okay at times. I write on a little portable Yamaha keyboard that needs upgrading, so, if you buy my CD, the money will go to a good cause.
