Audio Pollution is a post punk rock trio from Oxforshire who play gigs lots. We play music pretty similar to Green day or Blink 182.
A 4 piece rock band. We've got some songs that sound lovely and melodic. And others that don't!
Band/artist history
Audio Pollution started with a lovely young lady called Rachel getting a drum kit, she suggested Mike and Max joined her and made a band. We laughed about it at first because it meant one of us would have to sing but after a week or two Max was bought out of the equation because of his... umm... unique?.. singing, and left Mike to try singing. Christmas of 2004 Mike and Max recieved a lovely guitar and bass and it went from there... After we started to learn to play (teaching ourselves courtesy of www.MXtabs.net) we found that Charlie had also got a guitar at Christmas so let him come into the band as a rhythm guitarist. After a few weeks of practise we realised we loved it and although Rachel is absolutely beautiful and just as beautiful at the drums we couldnt have her in the band because she couldn't practise often enough. The day we decided to drop her was also because we knew there wouldn't be any problem finding a new one because we had just played at Tom Gill's house where we met Chris who could fill like a sandwich maker in Subway. After much thinking and contraversy we decided to go without Charlie because he became less and less enthusiastic about playing and got drunk at a gig and went out of time, we are still sorry for that but we think it was the right move to make. Then we got tired of being a three piece and got Tom Gill back on guitar, listen to the new tracks and see what you think...
