Founded by On Hiatus frontman Azren Taib and drummer Izad Majid in 1993. Formerly known as LoKo, hailed as a true metal band in Brunei influenced by the likes of Metallica, Slayer,Chimaira, Inflames, Hate Eternal, Fear Factory and Machine Head. In 1999, the band was resurrected under the name of HATE or the symbolic [H8] and released their self-titled debut album in 2002. Now comprised of seven unique individuals promised to give the Brunei scene hell of a blast when they are together on the stage. Its 2005, the band is currently working on the second album with a different sound.
