Band/artist history
I always thought some major country or rock touring act might like to have a Doctor of Chiropractic/Bass player on staff! Any offers?
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Silvertown was the name of a classic rock cover band, which performed all over LA and Orange Country, including The Wilde, Littlerock, Kelly's Pub, Scoreboards and the Alhambra Street Fair. Featured were excellent guitarists Alan Stevens and Jim Beavors, as well as San Gabriel valley legend Mike Victory on drums and background vocals.
David kept the name because it had a country rock feel.
Your musical influences
Dave is influenced by country in the vein of Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, The Dixie Chicks, Dolly Parton, Glen Campbell, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash, Merl Haggard, Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, and Brooks and Dunn. Also older, country-rock music like Dan Hicks, Flying Burrito Brothers, Commander Cody, Jackson Browne, Neil Young and the Eagles.
What equipment do you use?
Fender Japanese Squier Strat with mighty mite neck. Custom made Warmoth/WD basses. Epiphone Les Paul Standard flame top, Samick 450 semi-hollow body guitar, Takamine C128, Alvarez Yairi 6 and 12 string, Carvin bass amp, CE condensor microphone, MX802 Behringer mixer, Boss distortion pedal and Reuzensehn tube signal booster.
Anything else?
I feel music is there to make our lives better - to get us through the stress of the day and week, to bring us together, to remind us to have fun! What is life without music? Not much fun if you ask me! And it's so great for me when somebody responds to my song and feels it in their heart - that's what it's all about.

Wow, heavy tune, quite a tribute to the one who means the most. Very emotional, meaningful.
Great tune, very well written and performed, this really rocks. Nice playing, tone, drumming, and of course the bass too. Very memorable chorus and the verses classic, lol funny, this poor guy is having a tough time....excellent work!
