Memories Float (Music Video) - Cabaret Scene
Cabaret Scene is an instrumental prog-rock band based in the United Kingdom. Starting as a single project by guitarist Charles Prest, the band is continuing growing and hopefully playing gigs in late 2010/early 2011.
Band/artist history
Cabaret Scene is a solo project started by guitarist Charles Prest in 2005. It has since become a collaborative effort between friends. The band draws its influences from most Prog/Math rock bands such as The Mars Volta, Battles, and Foals to some more electronica and experimental artists such as Radiohead, Björk, and Gang Gang Dance. Currently the band is doing nothing except grow a small fanbase over the summer, but hopefully trying to play some gigs in the latter half of 2010 if possible. We are also looking for a bassist and vocalist if anyone is in the London area who is interested! If you're interested in our sound and want us to play at a venue please send a message!
