Kevin Asir
Bringing you that Hip Hop and R&B fire from the bay area.
What do you know another Rnb hit. Why do Dru and me always have to make the sickest beats? Sick melody in this with a good hook and a choir in the background.
Independent artist Kevin Asir drops "Dream Come True (Collab w/ Dru)", a R&B track on SoundClick. The arrangement reflects a careful attention to detail that rewards repeated listening. Representing the charismatic sound of r&b in Bay Area, this track speaks for itself. Listeners into Hiphop, Rap and R&B will find this track a natural fit within their rotation.
This beat has the same feel as Rihanna's Unfaithful. Dark and emotional beat but also with a hint of hope that tomorrow will be a better day.
"Your Struggles Will Be Over" by producer Kevin Asir is a striking R&B release available on SoundClick. The track carries an emotional weight that lingers well after it ends. The beat is carefully crafted, the leading melody floats effortlessly around the bass rhythm. If you enjoy artists like Dr Dre, Timbaland and Kanye West, Kevin Asir is worth exploring on SoundClick.
A pretty smooth Rnb joint with a simple chord progression. Kinda reminds me of a beat that Ne-Yo would get on. Nice tablas that come in every once in a while and smooth strings.
Beats producer Kevin Asir presents "The Things You Do", an instrumental track released on SoundClick. It rewards close listening, revealing new details on each playthrough. The way that the driving bass, the beat pattern, and the melodic elements are working in sync is marvelous. Listeners into Hiphop, Rap and R&B will find this track a natural fit within their rotation.
Another rnb beat. This one is a little more on the emotional side. Orchestra type beat with alot of strings and some woodwinds.
"It Would Never Work" is a R&B track by Kevin Asir on SoundClick. Kevin Asir demonstrates a clear artistic voice throughout. The Bay Area influence comes through clearly, making this especially appealing to r&b fans. Listeners into Hiphop, Rap and R&B will find this track a natural fit within their rotation.
Hotdamn I'm bringing you another Rnb joint. This one has more of a darker feel to it but not too dark. A lot of different kinds of synths in this one. SOLD
Beats producer Kevin Asir presents "Need", an instrumental track released on SoundClick. The production choices feel intentional, giving the track a distinct character. The way that the driving bass, the beat pattern, and the melodic elements are working in sync is marvelous. If Hiphop, Rap and R&B is your sound, "Need" is a strong addition to your playlist.

Started making beats in 2005. Its been great so far. I've had a lot of help and guidance from some great young artists who are on the same grind as me. God has definitely blessed me with a talent so I want to give it back to Him.
No I don't spin at the moment. My beats have been played in public places though. Also, my beats have been played before a Ludacris concert! My artist Yung Jitt, had a show opening up for Ludacris at Cal State Eastbay. Look out for his mixtape which I produced coming soon! http://www.myspace.com/yungjit11
J-Anza who helped me get started and gave me tips that I still use today. Plus his beats are fire.
Dru who also helped me get started. Our collabs are always fire.
Yung Jitt who I produce for. http://www.myspace.com/yungjit11
